BizYeet Business Risk and Limitation of Liability Acknowledgement

This acknowledgement is a separate contractual document incorporated into the BizYeet Service Agreement (the "Service Agreement"). It does not replace the Service Agreement, and the Service Agreement controls if the two documents conflict, except that this acknowledgement makes the risk allocation prominent.
By selecting the acceptance control, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:
1. Business decisions remain yours. BizYeet provides software and automation tools, not legal, financial, tax, employment, insurance, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for validating output and deciding whether and how to use it in your business. 2. Automation carries operational risk. Data supplied by you, third-party integrations, communications, AI-assisted output, configuration choices, and internet services can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for backups, approvals, human review, legal compliance, and continuity measures appropriate to your business. 3. No recovery for excluded business losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the exclusions and liability cap in section 7 of the Service Agreement apply to your use of the Services. In particular, BizYeet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the Services. 4. The cap is a material basis of the free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizYeet's total aggregate liability is limited as stated in the Service Agreement: the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts you paid BizYeet for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The availability of a free account depends in part on this allocation of risk. 5. Mandatory rights are preserved. Nothing in this acknowledgement or the Service Agreement excludes, releases, or limits a right, remedy, liability, warranty, or protection that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, released, or limited. If you use the Services for a consumer purpose or a law gives you mandatory protections, those protections continue to apply. 6. Authority and electronic acceptance. You have authority to accept this acknowledgement for yourself and, if applicable, your organization. You consent to this electronic acceptance and to BizYeet retaining the accepted version, timestamp, identity and business information you provide, and associated technical evidence for contract, compliance, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes described in the Privacy Notice.
